Enedelia Sanner, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Licensed Behavior Analyst
I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 30 years of experience supporting young children with autism and their families.
My career began while I was a student at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) in 1996. During those early years, I worked as a behavior technician in home-based ABA programs, gaining hands-on experience with children of all ages. I continued this work through both my undergraduate and graduate studies and became a BCBA in 2002.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children and families thrive. I’ve consistently asked myself how I can provide better, more compassionate, and more effective care. This commitment has led me to seek out ongoing training, stay current with research, and learn from leaders in the field. I’ve also spent much of my career mentoring and supervising teams of technicians and fellow BCBAs, always with the goal of improving outcomes for the children we serve.
As a parent to three adopted children, two of whom are autistic, I bring not only professional experience but also deep personal understanding. My lived experience helps me connect with families in a meaningful way, and it informs a practice rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect for neurodiversity. I believe that strong, trusting relationships are essential for creating lasting, positive change.
My Philosophy
I am dedicated to empowering children and families through a compassionate approach. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child deserves personalized support to thrive. I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where children feel valued, understood, and encouraged to explore their potential.
I welcome feedback and input from my clients to continuously improve and tailor my services to meet the evolving needs of the children and families I serve.
